Public Hearing and Variance Packages

Notice Signs are required by the City of Houston when completing certain Platting and Variance requests. If signs are needed for a project, the city will notify you in their email stating the date of the public hearing in which your application is submitted for. PACKAGE PRICING

We charge $475 for the first sign at a location and $425 for each additional sign. This price covers installation, updates and removal.

The price includes one (1) 4-foot by 8-foot chloroplast notice sign that meets City of Houston requirements, mounting hardware/sign posts, installation, and removal. If needed, we can also provide variance numbers for signs installed before an application number is issued.

Additionally, we offer just the signs for $300 each, available for pickup at our location (listed on the contact page) or delivered for a small fee, depending on distance. These signs also include update stickers and variance numbers, if applicable.
